6 – 7 p.m. Homecoming Parade

• Take in the floats, celebrities, Husker music and spirit from the Wick Alumni Center’s Holling Garden at 16th and R streets. The Wick Center is right in the middle of the parade route.
• Admission: FREE

7 p.m. – 8 p.m. Homecoming Pep Rally and Jester Competition

• Watch students compete to be crowned UNL’s first-ever homecoming jester as they show what it takes to have the ultimate school spirit.
• Other activities include:
• Introduction of homecoming royalty candidates
• Husker Spirit Squad performance
• Enjoy balloon animals, face painting, children’s games & activities
• FREE Pepsi products. Food for purchase.

Stop by the Wick Alumni Center for free deserts and refreshments on your way to the Homecoming game.

Watch for the Homecoming Jester to be announced following the crowning of this year's King and Queen at halftime.

• Donate blood at the City Union on Sept. 21-23 from 9:30 a.m. – 6 p.m.
• Donate at any of the Community Blood Bank locations and indicate that you want your donation to count toward the UNL Homecoming Drive.
